Please join us for the 2010 edition of the Friends
Ride for Neurofibromatosis. Over five years, we have raised
$130,000 in support of medical research to treat and
cure Neurofibromatosis (or NF for short). You can help reach
another record fundraising year while having fun and doing good. We
thank those who participated in the September of 2009 by riding,
volunteering, cheering and donating and hope the 2010 ride is our best
ride yet.

THE ROUTES
1) Cape Cod from end to end – (90 miles) Woods Hole to
Provincetown. Over roads and trail, with flat and low hill areas. Great
varied views on paved paths and roads, avoiding heavy car traffic.
2) The Cape Cod Rail Trail – (28 miles) South
Dennis to Wellfleet. Almost flat, with no car traffic to worry about.

The funds we raise go to Neurofibromatosis,
Inc. New England (www.nfincne.org), earmarked
for the Harvard Center for NF and Allied Disorders (www.cnfad.org).
